The Client Success Manager (CSM) at 5DM is the primary strategic partner for our clients, responsible for ensuring they derive maximum value from our full suite of marketing services and proprietary AdTech (Audience, Media, and Creative Paths).
You are a "hybrid" professional: part strategic consultant, part performance marketer, and part account lead. You will manage the entire client lifecycle—from onboarding and campaign planning to advanced analytics and retention—ensuring that every client touchpoint is high-value and results-oriented.

The HR Manager at 5DM is the architect of our people strategy. You will be responsible for the entire employee lifecycle—from sourcing specialized AdTech talent to fostering a high-performance culture across our regional offices. You will ensure that 5DM remains a preferred employer in the African tech landscape by balancing rigorous performance management with a supportive, inclusive, and legally compliant workplace environment.

The Head of AdTech & Media Solutions is a senior "player-coach" role responsible for the end-to-end performance, strategic direction, and profitability of 5DM’s advertising ecosystem. As the departmental lead, you will oversee the Audience Path, Media Path, and Creative Path tech suites. You are responsible for driving departmental excellence through team leadership, high-level business development (demos/webinars), and providing technical training and support for our self-service advertising tools.
The ideal candidate is a performance marketing expert with a deep understanding of the African digital landscape, capable of translating complex data into business growth.

The Head of Finance is the chief financial steward of 5DM, responsible for group-wide financial health, strategic planning, and commercial profitability. This role is a hybrid of High-Level Financial Governance and Commercial AdTech Specialization.
A critical component of this role (70%) is the integration with the media buying function to ensure profitability and complex billing accuracy. Furthermore, you will provide strategic oversight (rather than direct implementation) for branch finance functions in Nigeria and Ethiopia, ensuring that regional teams maintain local statutory compliance and operational excellence.

| Soft Skills | Ability to provide "arms-length" oversight while maintaining strict accountability for regional teams. |
This role requires a leader who excels at Governance and Oversight. You are the "Financial Architect" who builds the systems and policies that regional teams follow. While you empower regional finance functions to handle local implementation, you remain the ultimate authority on group-wide financial integrity and commercial success.
